You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:

Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in programming languages such as PHP, Node.js, GO, Rust or others relevant to the technology stack.
Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
Design, maintain, and optimise relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
Conduct thorough PHP unit testing of features and bug fixes and collaborate with QA teams to ensure proper test coverage.
Knowledge of design pattern, Object Oriented Programming (OOP), and MVC.
Participate actively in team discussions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API specifications, workflows, and design diagrams.
Document troubleshooting procedures for recurring issues.
Work closely with the cross-functional team and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.

Strong understanding of backend technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
Proficient in one or more programming languages like PHP, Laravel, NestJS, Javascript, ES6+, Typescript, and Node.js.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Git for version control.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Aware of the latest technologies and able to adapt to changes.
Familiarity with the software development methodology and release procedures.
Ability to work independently and possess an excellent work ethic.
Must be highly organised and detail-oriented to produce high quality and accuracy.
