Your Role and Responsibilities:

As the Chief People Officer (CPO), you will represent the company globally and lead all our strategic people initiatives.The CPO plays a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that the organisation attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Strategic Leader: Develop and implement an effective HR strategy that aligns with Intuji’s goals and objectives while supporting its overall vision and mission.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with team leads to develop and execute workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company has the right talent in the right roles at the right time with the retention strategies.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Foster an inclusive and diverse workplace where every employee feels welcomed, valued, and respected. Develop and enforce policies that promote this within the company.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement effective performance evaluation systems that ensure employees are provided with clear expectations that drive their productivity and align with the overall goals of Intuji.
  • Employee Development and Training: Design and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee’s skills and career growth.
  • Organisational Culture and Employee Engagement: Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with Intuji’s values and promotes a productive work environment. Prepare a plan to boost employee engagement and satisfaction, such as feedback mechanisms and recognition programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent. Plan a regular salary reviews and set a benchmark to ensure the competitive pay structures.
  • HR Technology and Analytics: Oversee the management of HRIS and utilise the HR analytics for decision-making purposes.
  • Change Management: Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to the workforce. Develop communication strategies to effectively convey changes and engage employees throughout the process.
  • Employee Wellness: Develop programs that support employee health and well-being, including mental health initiatives and work-life balance support.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Seeking a highly motivated individual based in the Philippines who is excited to take on a challenging full-time position exclusively with Intuji. This role will involve working remotely until the office setup is complete.
  • Someone who is willing and able to travel to other office locations (including Internationally) as needed.
  • Someone who is looking for a long-term role and growth with the company.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation and external partners are required.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Previous experience in the same role is required.
  • Previous proven experience in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is required.
