The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving company growth by building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. This role demands a strong focus on Profitability, Scale, and Value (PSV Thinking®), ensuring every opportunity contributes meaningfully to sustainable growth, operational scalability, and long-term client success.

This is not a trainee position—we require someone with substantial real-world experience who can quickly adapt, collaborate effectively across teams, and translate ideas into actionable goals.

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities and relevant industry trends.
  • Manage proposal timelines and liaise with internal teams to gather information.
  • Provide insights and solutions tailored to the client’s specific industry challenges.
  • Work closely with technical teams to align proposals with realistic project capabilities.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with all client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to ensure a seamless handover of new projects.
  • Track and report on KPIs, including sales conversion rates and proposal success rates.
  • Provide regular feedback on client needs and sales performance to support continuous improvement.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each week:

  • Number of proposals completed and submitted.
  • Lead follow-up response times.
  • Sales conversions from proposal to signed agreements.
  • Accuracy and completeness of CRM records.
  • Client satisfaction ratings post-engagement.
  • Revenue generated from new client accounts.
  • Timely internal updates on sales progress.
  • The number of new leads qualified and added to the sales pipeline.
  • Adherence to tender deadlines.
  • Weekly progress reports on open sales opportunities.
