About Intuji

Intuji is a global customer experience transformation partner. We exist to help ambitious B2B manufacturers, wholesalers, and industrial service providers achieve significant Profitability, unlock Scale, and build lasting Enterprise Value. This outcome-driven approach is powered by our core philosophy, PSV Thinking™.

We don’t just build digital solutions; we partner with clients to discover and amplify their unique competitive EdgeFactor™. By combining strategic insight, data, commerce platforms, and cutting-edge technology, we create intuitive customer experiences that deliver measurable results and set our clients apart. We believe digital transformation should be treated like strategic product development, creating assets that drive differentiation.

If you’re passionate about solving complex business problems, delivering tangible value (Profit, Scale, Value), and helping companies find their unique digital edge, Intuji is the place for you.

Our clients are leaders and innovators in manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and industrial services. Experience with these sectors is a plus, but a drive to learn and apply PSV Thinking™ to solve their unique challenges is essential.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is a critical role for someone passionate about solving complex B2B challenges through exceptional, user-centred design. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive digital experiences for our clients, directly contributing to their Profitability, Scale, and Value (PSV Thinking™) and helping them define and amplify their unique EdgeFactor™.

This is not a trainee position; we need someone with significant real-world experience who can hit the ground running, collaborate effectively, and produce extremely high-quality design work that aligns with our strategic approach.

You will love it here if you:

  • Think Like a Customer
You prioritise customer needs and see everything from their perspective. You’re empathetic and always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Do Whatever It Takes
You relentlessly pursue excellence, focusing on solutions rather than excuses. You’re willing to go the extra mile and do whatever is necessary to achieve high-quality results.
  • Proactively Find the Right Solutions
You take initiative, solve problems independently, and go beyond assigned tasks. You’re resourceful and don’t need to be micromanaged to get things done. You apply PSV Thinking™ to ensure solutions drive real business outcomes.
  • Are Always Learning
You embrace challenges, seek growth opportunities, and continuously expand your skills. You’re curious, open to change, and quick to learn from both successes and failures.
  • Look Out for Others
You collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and prioritise team success. You’re dependable, empathetic, and always ready to help your teammates.

You won’t like it here if you:

  • Are Just Looking For A “Job”: You see this as nothing more than a paycheck. You have no real interest in Intuji’s mission, our focus on PSV Thinking™, or helping clients build their EdgeFactor™. You’re not invested in making a meaningful contribution.
  • Have No Initiative Or Drive: You wait to be told what to do and rarely take action on your own. You’re content with doing the bare minimum and have no desire to go above and beyond in your role. You’re happy to settle for low standards.
  • Don’t Understand The Value Of Time: You are often late, miss deadlines, and waste time on unimportant tasks. You don’t effectively prioritise and fail to manage your time effectively, impacting efficiency and profitability (GBS).
  • Don’t Learn Quickly: You struggle to adapt to new situations and resist change. You’re not interested in personal growth or skill development, and you repeat the same mistakes without learning from them.
  • Only Look Out for Yourself: You’re not a team player, so prioritise your own interests above those of the team. You don’t understand that “a rising tide lifts all boats”. You’re unwilling to help colleagues, avoid collaboration, and don’t contribute to a positive team environment.

What makes Intuji unique is:

  • PSV Thinking™: This is our fundamental philosophy. Every engagement is filtered through this lens to ensure we drive measurable Profit, enable Scale, and build long-term enterprise Value for our clients. It’s about outcomes, not just outputs.
  • EdgeFactor™: We don’t just implement technology; we help clients discover or create their unique digital advantage – a competitive edge that’s difficult to copy and deeply valuable. We treat digital transformation like strategic product development.
  • Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS): This is how we run the business. EOS provides the structure, discipline, and accountability tools (like the V/TO™, Accountability Chart™, Rocks, L10 Meetings™) to keep us focused, aligned, and executing effectively towards our vision.
  • Growth By Sharing® (GBS): This is how we reward performance aligned with our goals. Our whole-company bonus program links team rewards directly to achieving our EBITDA targets, fostering an ownership mindset and ensuring everyone benefits from our collective success driven by PSV Thinking™ and efficient execution.
  • The 4DCX Framework®: Our proprietary four-phase delivery methodology (Discover, Design, Develop, Dominate) provides a structured yet flexible approach to creating intuitive customer experiences and executing on the EdgeFactor™ strategy.
  • Creating Tomorrow®: Our overarching purpose. This guides our commitment to building outstanding customer experiences and driving client success, while also championing sustainable initiatives and making a positive impact on our team and community.

Here’s how we ensure candidates are the right fit for roles:

We use the GWC (Gets it, Wants it, Capacity to do it) framework.

  1. Gets it: Does the person truly understand the role, its core functions, our core values, and how their work connects to PSV Thinking™ and building client EdgeFactor™?
  2. Wants it: Is the person genuinely motivated and energised by this specific role and the opportunity to contribute to Intuji’s vision?
  3. Capacity: Does the person possess the necessary skills, knowledge, time, and mental/emotional bandwidth to excel in the role?

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:

  • Lead the UX/UI design for complex B2B client projects (portals, apps).
  • Conduct comprehensive user research (interviews, testing) to drive design decisions.
  • Create intuitive information architecture, user flows, and wireframes for enterprise applications.
  • Develop high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and visually compelling UI designs aligned with client brands.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Design Team Lead, developers, BAs, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Apply PSV Thinking™, ensuring designs deliver measurable business value (Profit, Scale, Value).
  • Design solutions that help define, articulate, and amplify the client EdgeFactor™.
  • Contribute high-quality conceptual designs for sales proposals and discovery phases.
  • Champion user-centred design principles and advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems, ensuring consistency and best practices.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • Execute end-to-end UX/UI design processes within our 4DCX Framework® (Discover, Design, Develop, Dominate).
  • Proficiently utilise industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
  • Clearly present and articulate design rationale and decisions to internal teams and clients.
  • Translate complex business and user requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly design solutions.
  • Implement user research findings into tangible design improvements and iterations.
  • Develop, document, and maintain design systems for project consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage design tasks effectively within project timelines and agile methodologies.
  • Analyse user feedback, usability testing results, and analytics to inform design iterations.
  • Ensure designs meet relevant accessibility standards and usability best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each week:

  • Meet Agreed-Upon Design Deadlines: Consistently deliver design work (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) on schedule.
  • Receive Positive Client Feedback: Clients express satisfaction with the usability, clarity, and quality of your design deliverables.
  • Smooth Collaboration with Dev Team: Developers report receiving clear, well-documented designs that are feasible to implement.
  • Minimal Rework After Reviews: Designs require few major changes after internal or client feedback rounds, showing strong initial understanding.
  • Deliver Design Work Within Estimated Effort: Complete design tasks within the budgeted or estimated hours for projects.
  • Concepts Aid Proposal Clarity: Sales and leadership teams find your conceptual designs helpful in communicating solutions to potential clients.

You’ll be recognised and rewarded (through systems like GBS®) if you want to come to work, learn, embrace our frameworks (EOS®, PSV Thinking™, EdgeFactor™), and hit these numbers.

Intuji runs purely on EOS®. That means as a member of this team, you will have a leader who:

  • Gives clear directions
  • Makes sure you have the necessary tools
  • Acts with the greater good in mind
  • Delegates appropriately
  • Takes time to truly understand your role and how you can help the company
  • Makes their expectations clear
  • Communicates well
  • Has effective meetings (L10s™)
  • Meets one-on-one with you quarterly or more, if needed
  • Rewards and recognises your performance (leveraging EOS® tools and GBS®)

Joining Intuji Also Means:

  • A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Contributing to meaningful projects that deliver measurable value (PSV Thinking™) and create unique competitive advantages (EdgeFactor™) for industry-leading B2B companies.
  • Being part of a company committed to transparency, accountability (EOS®), and shared success (GBS®).
