The Opportunity

We are seeking an extremely talented Short-Form Video Editor to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes content, storytelling, and editing that captures attention in the first seconds.

Your primary focus will be taking content from our two flagship podcasts, Pulse by Intuji and The Disruptors Podcast, along with other brand and thought-leadership material, and transforming it into snackable, engaging short-form videos that drive reach and engagement across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

This is not about just cutting clips. We are looking for someone who understands how to hook an audience, use captions, transitions, memes, and edits to make professional B2B content stand out in a crowded feed. You will help shape how Intuji tells its story, amplifies its thought leadership, and connects with audiences globally.

You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do:

  • Edit short-form videos (30–90 seconds) from podcasts, interviews, and other raw footage.
  • Craft hooks, captions, and storylines that maximise retention and engagement.
  • Adapt editing styles for different platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn).
  • Use motion graphics, memes, sound design, and creative transitions to elevate content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and podcast teams to identify moments worth highlighting.
  • Maintain a consistent brand look and feel while still experimenting with creative formats.
  • Repurpose long-form content into multiple short clips, optimising each for the right platform.
  • Monitor content performance data and refine editing approaches based on results.
  • Stay across industry trends and editing innovations to keep Intuji ahead.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

  • 2–3+ years of proven experience editing for short-form content (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or LinkedIn video).
  • Portfolio of engaging, scroll-stopping edits.
  • Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in captions, motion graphics, and pacing for social content.
  • Understanding of content algorithms and what drives engagement on different platforms.
  • Ability to work fast while maintaining high quality.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for storytelling, humour, and detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with B2B content and turning it into engaging, accessible edits.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each week:

  • Output: Consistent delivery of high-quality short-form clips per week.
  • Engagement Metrics: Growth in views, retention rate, and interactions across TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Content Reach: Increase in followers and impressions driven by short-form content.
  • Creative Innovation: Frequency of new editing styles, formats, or experiments tested.
  • Cross-team Alignment: Feedback from marketing and podcast teams on collaboration and quality.
