Set up Docker environments for efficient application delivery.
Collaborate with frontend/mobile teams for seamless API and system integration.

Maintain detailed technical documents for APIs, architecture, and troubleshooting.
Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote quality standards.

Stay updated with new technologies and backend development trends.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:

Proven experience of 2+ years in the related field.
Proficiency in PHP, Laravel, Javascript, ES6+, Node.js, etc.
Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
Aware of the latest technologies and able to adapt to changes.
Experience building complex web systems and applications with high traffic.
Experience in database schema design, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
Experience with Docker and microservices.
Good knowledge of design patterns.
Experience implementing and consuming large-scale web services.
Familiarity with the software development methodology and release procedures.
Ability to work independently and possess an excellent work ethic.
Proficient communication level in written and verbal English.
Must be highly organised and detail-oriented to produce high quality and accuracy.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership skills and team collaboration.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude.
Experience with Frontend technology such as React and Nextjs is a plus.
