Support Packages
Support packages are bundles of hours used for ongoing client work. The more you buy, the more economical your support works out. Please note that a minimum of 15 minutes is booked for each support request.

Work can only commence after payment for the selected package has been made in full.
Any extra time accrued over and above pre-purchased hours will default to hourly charge rates if no further packages are purchased.
Support Packages are non-refundable once purchased and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
